We are extremely sorry to hear about the inconvenience related to the inappropriate ads, which appeared in your game. Unfortunately, the ads are offered by our ad provider and thus we cannot influence them directly.
However, of course, we consider all ads of this nature totally unacceptable and for this reason, we will report them to our ad provider. As soon as the ad provider identifies the inappropriate ads, these will be blocked.
In order to identify the inappropriate ads, it is necessary to supply our ad provider with as many details as possible, so that these could be blocked right away. We understand how discomforting this process must be for our dear players, however, unfortunately, this is the only way to ensure that the inappropriate ads would no longer disturb you and all our community of players.
Should any ad of this nature appear any time in the future, if possible, could you, please, send us a screenshot of it? We understand how discomforting this might be, however, this is one of the best ways to resolve it right away.
As soon as we have more details, we will forward them to the ad provider that will block these ads, so that these would no longer appear in the game.
