Lost my game progress after update

Happy-Haze I had an interruption that occurred with an update and it through me into a different player account for the update. It is difficult to sign in to my real account.

Well that's not good Trazko..... very frustrating no doubt.

Have you tried the usual basic troubleshooting techniques?

Have you tried uninstalling & re-installing?

I had already checked out those helpful posts. I have my player ID that connects to my level 330 game. Now I can access it by playing on Facebook sighin or portal. It is a terrible version for my iPad. If I log in through mobile, I am dumped into a level 0 or 1 game. If I choose sign out, it automatically reloads the level 0 game. I also read about not submitting multiple service tickets so I am not sure whether to wait. But I did just find my ticket number
And I checked my email for messages from support. They had specific instructions to help me out…hey, I think Ill check out the friends feature while I am on portal or fb

So support has helped you fix your issues...... that's great news 👍😃

I don't have Facebook....so no Friends for me 😂🤣

I have to admit that I'm not a massive fan of the Portal version....the screen is way to busy.....things that show on every page are unnecessary, distracting & irritating.
