At first glance that looks like a matte for a support ticket:

Have you checked if one of the wall tiles can be removed? It doesn’t look likely though…

I think, support has to get you out of this first.
After that you can get help with the maps:
Scroll down to side quests and then down to jolly tavern. On the right side you have the links to maps and video. The solution is best seen on the maps in my view.
