item not received in caravan outpost

I purchased 375M of experience using the caravan ticket and specialty stones over 24 hours ago. I never got notification that I received the experience. I have never done this before, so I'm not sure how this works. Please help.

The XP is added to your account in the moment you collect the finished caravan.
Did you do that?

Sometimes you need to do a restart to synchronize with the server.

If you have done both and still think the XP were not added, you would have to contact pixel support directly:

Edit: I only saw your screenshot later.

I don’t play on pc, but I think you took this screenshot now, as the red color should indicate that you don’t have enough stones and caravan ticket to send this caravan? (Not sure, as I only use mobile.) So as an example which caravan you choose, right? But when you sent this caravan, both were green or whatever shows on Pc that you have enough of both?

Right now you are writing in the public player’s forum. This happens when you first press „contact support“, but then write in the big white space. (The one under „Type your issue“. If you read the small script under that, it says it leads you to this public forum)

Please follow my link above to help you get to the real Pixel support.

They constructed it that way to make people rather first ask in the forum. I suggested already to change the design, because many people end up here involuntarily when trying to contact support.

You know that you did everything correctly when

a) you don‘t end up here again 😉

and

b) you get a confirmation with a ticket number
