pixel_player53597850 Make sure you don't have an ad blocker (disable it for diggy pages if you have one). Try clearing the cache/cookies or try a different browser/incognito mode to see if that helps. You can also try playing on the portal directly and login with facebook at https://portal.pixelfederation.com/en/diggysadventure/
pixel_player53597850 This also happens to me every now and then, but after around 30sec, I can just claim the energy as if I had watched the ad. Does waiting work for you?

Naichi I had that more often in the past, but today two times already. Usually with me it takes 17 turns, then I can get the double reward. That‘s close to the 30 seconds of an add.
Sometimes waiting doesn’t work, but it definitely is worth a try,
