In my backpack there’s literally thousands of materials, cod, mushrooms, apples… However, they’re not available in camp to produce foods. Please help?

Did you chose the right filter? You can sort recipes according to region. Maybe that’s the problem?
Edit to add: the filter button is in the lower right corner of your recipe list. If you accidentally switched off every region, the list is empty.
