The "HERO OF SCANDINAVIA" Achievement (72/74 or 73/74) has an issue because there are problems with penalty tiles present in the 2 game mines "Mine Of Mischief" & "Freya's Dry Cleaners".
Penalty tiles are displayed after puzzles have been incorrectly solved or Diggy has accidentally stepped on something that triggers penalty tiles to appear.
It may happen that the penalty tiles appear & their removal is counted towards the 2 game mines tile counts....but the tile counts do not increase....which means that you can leave some tiles in the 2 game mines & still see the signs of check green ticks as if the 2 game mines were already cleared.
However, if this happens, the 2 game mines do not count towards the "Hero of Scandinavia" Achievement.
The Pixel design team are currently working on a review of the game's most problematic old mines & both of these are on the list....so that these issues don't happen to players in the future.
Some players have reported finding up to 396/391 tiles in the game mine "Mine Of Mischief".
You can try using Last Tile Finder to see if it will activate in the 2 game mines "Mine Of Mischief" & "Freya's Dry Cleaners"....but the Last Tile Finder may not work in these 2 game mines if you have already found the minimum number of tiles in those 2 game mines.
You should look very carefully around the 2 game mines "Mine Of Mischief" & "Freya's Dry Cleaners" to see if you can find more tiles in there.
⭐⭐⭐⭐ IMPORTANT NOTE: ⭐⭐⭐⭐
If you find more tiles....after you have cleared them....you MUST completely close down your game & restart it....then check your results again....the "Hero Of Scandinavia" Achievement should appear as completed after that....although you may have to repeat this process multiple times until you find & clear ALL the remaining tiles that are in the 2 game mines "Mine Of Mischief" & "Freya's Dry Cleaners".
You may find it helpful to check out the relevant Wiki maps for the 2 game mines "Mine Of Mischief" & "Freya's Dry Cleaners" to ensure that you haven't left any tiles uncleared
