MadameCurie I think the question would be "how many repeatables and gems to refresh Fortune mines during DMW did it take? " 😁 If I remember correct gamemaster plays for 4 years now, whereas I play for 4,5 (and look where I am 😂😂😂).

4 years and my partner is only at around 40k/80k and has been playing about 4.5 years.
Fortune mines every 2x, did 3 Egypt and 15 Terra this round.

Good point, so you will want to do some Egypt chambers like i did to get tin and iron ore and/ or wait until you get to Greece to get a higher amount of herbs through the chamber there.

Yes I know about the fortune chambers. This DMW I did four extra rounds for gems - that was a first. I could have played an old story for that. So it takes a good deal of resolve to spend a huge amount of gems. Like if a long road has steep hills to climb in addition. A four year-Tour des herbes so to speak 🌱.
gamemaster‘s achievement feels like a hercules‘ deed! 💪

I decided that I will cut short on shop events and move through the main story to china, because there was no improvement in the fortune chamber with the move to Scandi. But there will be in China. And someone here wrote that the really good equipments starts in China also. I want to believe that 🤞

MadameCurie I am all for moving foward to China BUT the chinese and atlantean fortune mines do not give a single herb 🙄

I did. It is true, the dragon scales are high energy but really great. Also I still have a builder trophy from over 2 years ago in my camp from China. It will finally leave my camp when the next one finishes as that is the next 4 slot equipment piece to go out of my camp.

gamemaster That is a lot. I only did China once, Egypt (for the herbs, tin and iron ore) and Atlantis (for the lobster and the perls) twice, and Greece for all the new material and especially the herbs I did 4 times. Only 33 Green Rings left, need to restock again 😉

I started with 413 green rings and had 107 left when i was done.
I gained some through events and am now and on 127.
I got lots through events that you can get green rings because the equipment is useless for me in those events.

The real herb conspiracy is that you are making everyone crazy about the herb achievement plus not having enough herbs for Greek lemonade. As most of the materials are not worth asking for in teams, I frequently ask for that one herb I can get. Figured I’d better get a head start on the lemonade thing. 😆

Better not move to New World region. Almost every tile on this screen is 12.000 energie and the price of the tile in the upper right corner is 150.000 energy...
I just loooooove events because they are somewhat easier in the tile cost.

Jacqueline-MC That is because it's a feather part section. These are completely optional and to be done only if you want to buy that equipment purchasable with those 150k energy feathers. You can still move to next quest and do this whenever you have lack of time.
Yes you'll have 12k tiles outside as well, but much more rare.

Events are the best, no doubt. I don't mind not getting time or break weeks to play the main questline.

I think I spend long time in China, and will stockplie a tons of food for higher region.
The problem is my Diggy is very gluttonous and allways eats every food from pantry. 😁
I have to learn from CynthiaF and CactusFlower how can I stockpile a lot of food.🧐🤔

Honestly, I never save my food. I have a different thought process than most. My thinking is use the food to finish the events quickly and then you have time to progress in the main story line. Also if I did not eat all my food, most of the events would not be completed as I struggle to complete most of them anyway, due to work and real life.
I am saving food for now though as I am very worried about summer builder in Greece. I barely finished the last builder event in Atlantis, so I am stockpiling a little bit for this one. Also, I will get a level up shortly so I will just use that to progress in Greece. If worse comes to worse, I can also pull out the other laptop and convert my iron and copper bars to pillars as I have a ton of them.

I am busy kicking myself. Went for one last pass at the fortune mine, refreshed, and had no more green rings!!! I forgot to check. 25 gems right out the window!

How great would it be if we could give one green ring to a team member - reloading time 3 months or so - and we would all together give you the missing rings to finish the mine. But would be too late now for the DMW anyway…

This will grump even my lovely shontel, that’s for sure…

@Sandra_s_Quest I only read up to „applied“ and vanished here to let you in. Couldn’t see the application, reloaded, now the game loads only to 100% in the second try…😡

Why not start a thread, demanding your gems back, as this is a green rings conspiracy, for sure. How could Pixel even offer a refresh, if you don’t have rings? Innocent players are cheated! And beware, your complaint might even get deleted! Just threaten to send your lawyers or maybe even come to Bratislava personally.

Trazko I read 600 posts over the weekend (not complaining, totally my bad).
However, a big chunk of those were total drama, triggered by something you decided to post without reading the chat history. I read at least 3 posts that someone took the time to reply to you, explaining what you could have known, if you read the chat.
No time in RL to read? no problem! then maybe don't post.
There is so much drama and confrontation in your atitude, that I wonder if you take any pleasure in playing?

I was wondering if I can come back to the team? No idea who has the crown at the moment, but I noticed the level is still lowered, so I applied 😉

With the maintenance tomorrow, and then someone mentioning (don't remember who) if teams will be connected to the Builder week, and with the Builder week actually getting postponed, my mind started spinning 🤪 I don't want to miss anything! 🙃 What if they made changes in the Builder week? Will I even know that if I'm not on a team? 🤔

Also, I miss the team. ☺ I didn't realise how much I've gotten used to check out the team chat when I open the game & before I leave the game 😆 Sure, my game didn't crash once now without the teams, but, yeah...
