WHAT IS NEW IN THIS UPDATE? 🆕

The Terra region gets reinforcements in the form of a new God - Nanook.
New locations added on the 20th of July to the Terra 🌏️ region:

Arctic Base
Land of Ice
Spirit World

🛒 Junglanji 🐍

You will be able to purchase this blast from the past in your shop.
Will be added on the 20th of July.

Find the pair 🗃️ will be available starting the 22nd of July.

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

1.) Maintenance in the game

There will be a maintenance in the game scheduled for Wednesday (July 21st) at 08:00 CET.
The maintenance should be done within an hour and during the maintenance, the game will be unavailable.
We´d like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you in advance for your understanding 🙏

2.) The Summer Builder

Unfortunately, due to technical difficulties on our side, the Summer Builder special week will start next week on Wednesday (July 28th) instead of Tuesday (July 27th).
More information about the event and its duration will be communicated next week.

looking forward to the summer builder event, but in China there's hardly anything to gain from Junglanji. a small extra storage in night mode, but looks like a great way to loose 440 gems to me (since it's from 2018 i assume that it will cost 500 gems to start it)

I am a player since about 3 years back, almost done with story of Junglanji.
As always the stories are nice with a thouch of amusement.
The story was a bit short though, why I asume you really made a hard challange.
But the very, very, very hard challange was exremely hard. With my 18k of energy/hour I did arbout 5-7 step in an hour which also get me extremely bored. Nor where there any compensation with an extreme nice/good equipment, why I give the Junglanji an overall

It was not even close to be worth the 250 jewels, sorry to say.

I also like the story designs very much. With this story, I saw on the wiki that the equipment would be useless for me and decided against playing it. Not worth 250 gems to me.

Sometimes I still play such events, but only for free or 100 gems max. Then I get the disappointment over with before, with checking the wiki. In the event itself it’s a little sigh then… and I concentrate on design and puzzles.

You are right, this chalenge is killer. Fortunately I have 25 days more to finish it. I'm new in China, my daily reg. just ~ 15,000/hr, and I dig some tiles and have a rest... 😤

I play it first time, so I get back 2×(20+40) gems, and Chinese equipments are (not excellent) very good.
The chalenge: there is as terrible as Xmas '15 challenge 9.😋😁

MadameCurie You are right as always - I really liked the last event - centre of the earth - good story challenging challenges and stuff the was almost worthwhile ( I picked up a piece or two). I have tried to do every story since the birth of Diggy ( I've been at it for 3 1/2 years) and I have used some of the older stories to provide me with materials I no longer seem to have easy access to in Atlantis (lumber for instance) - I only really discovered the forum in the last few months and have appreciated contributions from people like you and others. In the wiki we have a listing of all the energy requirements and items provided but I have always thought we should have a "rating" on whether a story was "fun" or not. I know what some people consider fun is quite different from others so maybe a can of worms we don't want to open BUT ... of course if a story costs 100 gems - it immediately becomes more fun !! PS: I don't know why we still get rock in Atlantis if you don't have your basement done by then something is wrong. 😃
pSS: and no I didn't mark down which ones were fun along the way...☹
Psss: And yes I know the green rings are an easier way to get materials I need - but a good story is still a good story

I'm in Terra and we still get rocks, as do all the regions.

island-digger Wait until you get to Greece and the 2k energy useless stone tiles everywhere. I have over 88k stone again and I am getting more and more and more in Greece. At least a mega pillar gets rid of it.
