If are you have having issues finding the last CHINESE JOURNALS (9/10).
In general the Chinese Journals can be found in chests & they are found automatically when you are fully clearing mines.
Except for 2 Chinese Journals which are found in the "Dragon of Water" game in mine "Library Of Wisdom".
These 2 Chinese Journals in the game mine "Library Of Wisdom" are often missed because you need to put 2 stones next to the 2 pairs of bookcases.
1️⃣ First pair: I & VI.
2️⃣ Second pair: IV & VIII.
You may find it much easier to understand, study & follow the maps in this scenario.

If you are having issues finding a new quest in CHINA.....try doing the following:
1️⃣ Return to your Main Camp to see if there is a character there you need to speak to.
2️⃣ Return to the City Of Digjong to see if there is a character there you need to speak to....look for the Monk of the Dragon you are currently working on.
3️⃣ Return to the Temple Of The 5 Dragons to see if there is a Dragon there you need to speak to.
4️⃣ Return to the last game mine you were working on to see if there is a character you need to speak to or if there is a task you need to complete.
5️⃣ Do you need to make something or give something to a character such as food, materials or other items?
6️⃣ Do you need to complete a Journal task?
7️⃣ Do you need to make a Jadeite Key?
