If basic troubleshooting methods haven't worked (clear game cache, reload the game tab, try different browser if on PC) then you need to create a SUPPORT TICKET:

Once on the link, scroll PAST the white search 🔍 box & choose a category to begin the form. If no category options are listed, email SUPPORT instead: support@diggysadventure.com
Either method, include your Player ID#, found under the game settings menu / wheel.
