Unfortunately sometimes the forum doesn't always show some of the latest posts correctly.
At the actual time when your post 1st appeared....I personally hadn't seen anyone else post that particular issue at that time....which is exactly what I said....which at that particular time was 100% correct.
So I apologise that I initially missed a previous post by a different player in a separate thread.
However.....I have....like yourself & everyone else has.....the prerogative to edit, change or delete my posts as I feel & see fit.
So if you had personally actually taken the time & searched the forum fully & properly yourself....before unnecessarily opening another forum thread.....perhaps you would have seen that player @LuckyFour had posted the issue that you were personally having 20 hours ago.
Linda_Jane I obviously knew there were - this is why I asked.
So if you "obviously" already knew that other player/s were having the same problem.....then you would have no necessity to start another forum thread in relation to the same issues....you could of simply added your post to the existing forum thread in relation to the same issues.
Yet this is what you stated in your 1st post indicating that you did not know that anyone else was having the same issues.
So in reality......if you "obviously" already knew.....then you subsequently opened a new thread unnecessarily as another player had already posted the same issues.
Again if you had actually taken the time & stated that you had already tried some basic troubleshooting techniques......that you had checked the walkthrough articles & maps....that you had double checked your inventory & game scene.....then I wouldn't have made those suggestions to you.
Linda_Jane so that I don't bombard Pixel with questions.
Pixel support wants/needs players who are affected by the same issues & bugs to lodge a support ticket.....so they can see how widespread the problems may be....or whether it is an isolated incident to one or a few players.....whether the problems exist in only one type of medium or on all mediums.
Linda_Jane Update I submitted a ticket and Andy (Pixel) replied. It is an actual issue. He has passed it on to the game designers who are working on a fix

Now that Pixel have advised that they are aware of these issues & that they are working on a fix....we can now refer any other affected players back to this forum thread for their information.
