What device/medium do you play through?
The most common things that alleviate most players issues 9/10 times are:
1️⃣ Refresh/close-down/re-open, log out/in.
2️⃣ Update device/system/apps/browses.
3️⃣ Uninstall/reinstall - game &/or Facebook
ONLY do this if you have your player ID number & game progress registered with either your email address or Facebook account).
4️⃣ Clear cache/cookies/history/storage.
5️⃣ Switch device/modem off/on.
6️⃣ Use different browser/medium/device.
Diggys Adventure is quite resource hungry/heavy.
Another thing is to free up space on your phone/device/PC by deleting all unused/unnecessary/unwanted apps, downloads, screenshots, files, songs, games, photos, videos, documents, closing all browser tabs, etc.......this does have quite an impact on Diggys Adventure...please refer to this forum thread....where another player confirms that this definitely assisted them

Another way to check if you have received a reply is to search your email for keywords like "Pixel" or "Diggy".
Do NOT send multiple Pixel support tickets in quick succession...otherwise their spambot might eat them.

🅰️ You WILL receive an automatic Support Ticket Receipt Number that will appear in a pop-up Confirmation Window immediately after you submit your Support Ticket....it is a good idea to record this number.
