Dear players,
here is the list of the most frequent bugs and issues, which have appeared lately or still persist:
1.) Turkish translation missing in the game
We registered reports from players about missing Turkish translations even though the Turkish language is enabled.
Unfortunately, we can confirm that we do register this issue and the translations will be added as soon as possible.

2.) Zooming issues on Apple devices
A player contacted us about having issues zooming the game on his Apple device iPad Pro 12.9 inch 4th Gen (WiFi+Cellular).
Our tech team is currently investigating the matter.
Should you encounter similar issues, please let us know and provide us as many details as possible (detailed description of the issue, the exact model of the device, player ID).

3.) Caravan & Kitchen Filters - offer disappears when you unselect one of the regions
We´ve received reports about disappearing items in the Caravan and Kitchen production buildings after unselecting one of the region filters. Particularly, when all region filters are on and you scroll the list of items to the end, then turn one of the region filters off, the whole list of items disappears and it´s necessary to turn all the filters on and scroll to the beginning of the available items. Then after turning the wanted filter off, the items are shown correctly.
A rather difficult issue to describe, perhaps a recording will be more explanatory. Please check the link below:

4.) Centre of the Earth - Troglodyte Village - players not able to proceed
We register reports about players being stuck in the event location Troglodyte Village.
Unfortunately, these players are stuck in different places. You can see the cases below.
Our tech team is aware of the situation and the fix is being prepared. Please bear with us and should you get stuck as well, please let us know 🙂
5.) Centre of the Earth - Uncle John´s Mansion - player stuck
We registered a report about a player being stuck in the event location Uncle John´s Mansion due to dragging a sponge to the room as shown below.
The issue should be rather rare and we can confirm that the issue was fixed and it´s not possible anymore to get stuck like this, however, if you managed to get stuck like this, you played the location before the fix was released and it´s necessary to contact our support directly so we can fix you manually 🙂
6.) Centre of the Earth - Bottomless Caves - player not able to complete the quest
We´ve received reports from players about not being able to complete the quest in the event location Bottomless Caves as they ended up having the progress of the quest at 9/10.
We´re glad to confirm that the issue was fixed promptly, however, in case you still experience this, please clear the tile marked in the screenshot below and you should be able to complete the quest. In case you still experience any issues here, please make sure to let our support know.
7.) Centre of the Earth - Mushroom Forest - players not able to pass the girl asking berries
Fortunately, this is one of the "not a bug" issues but the wording is rather unfortunate. Even if you collected the berries, the girl won´t let you pass as you need to bring them to Nicolas. So, once you collect the berries, please go to the tent marked by the red arrow and give them to Nicolas.
