I have one tile to dig and i can not get in to it. It is at the second switch and i can not find the way in to it any suggestions what to do

all these links are great however i know where the tile is and on the map as you can see from the screen shot the area it is in is blacked out and i can not get into it .
pixel_player64509675 Walk around that boundary of dark area, maybe it will reveal the hidden area after standing at some point.
If it doesn't, you may have to contact support.
turned out to be a problem that support had to fix they did and i am on my way digging again thanks for the help
