CynthiaF Your prerogative as a team leader to set up the team requirement, you can have a minumum entry level and in your team description you can make it very clear what you expect e.g. "daily play required, minumum 3000 points..."
My definition of Team is the same as yours, and I am part of a great one. We chat daily, we always fulfill material requests, we have lots of fun, and we are not competitive at all as a team.
As a team leader you can build a team of like minded players, which is how it is supposed to be, nothing wrong with that.
My negative remarks were about the ban you suggested, because how do you want to determine why people got booted? And what makes you think that players should get banned from parts of the game just because they don't meet your standards?

CynthiaF Sorry for the long rant but it makes me sad and mad when people do not think their visions/ideas through. We have players being so frustrated that they think of leaving the game because they got booted a couple of time and don't know why.
I do read, and I cannot tell you why some players join teams but don't play. Maybe they just wanted to see what this new feature is about, and did not think about leaving the team even though they don't play at the moment. Maybe they had a good reason for not playing, like an accident, a family crisis, or whatever. What I wanted to make clear to you, is that you have every right to build the team of you dreams 😉, boot whoever does not meet your criteria. But you should not ask for a ban, since you don't know why a player is dormant.
You seem more happy with your current Team members, so I guess the ACTIVE in your description helped. Good! I assume you also have invite only, and - since you said so in one of your posts - you have set a minimum level. The feature is fairly new, everyone needs time to find their right place with a team or without.
