Well, that's quite a lot of questions all at one go. I suspect that one of the reasons that you aren't getting replies is that the list is too daunting.
I'll give you a shortened answer. I have two Diggy accounts.
Terra Diggy is level 492 (hope too be level 500 by the end of the builder event that I hope is coming soon). He just moved from New World to Terra to take advantage of the Terra equipment in the next builder event and materials from that and double materials week. Daytime 42,420 regen, 86,350 cap; Nighttime 28,620 regen, 228,789 cap. Those may seem like a lot to players in early regions, but it has been just enough to finish New World events in around 9 or 10 days. I dawdled in NW getting my camp as good as possible and hoping that they would release more Terra equipment but decided to move on because NW event equip was providing trivial or no improvement to my camp.
Egypt Diggy (level 217, started last fall) will never leave Egypt. When Terra Diggy is slogging through Challenge mines barely making progress, I can zip through new events with Egypt Diggy and have a more satisfying amount of play time. Egypt Diggy plays old events to get better camp equipment - mostly 100-gem but also Christmas 2015 which has good equipment and returns a lot of the 500 gems. He's now gotten all the Christmas 2015 equipment he wanted so probably won't play that anymore. Daytime regen 13,901, capacity 26,700; Nighttime regen 7,747, capacity 62,331.
Egypt Diggy has 5 reindeer ornaments from Christmas 2015 - one slot of 155 regen each and 3 sets of Sherlock's Tea Pots from Detective Stories II - 3 slots of 154 regen per slot. He still has about one row of regen equipment that's less than 100 per slot in the daytime camp - he aims to replace those with pieces better than 100 per slot. Violet shields from Excalibur ate his best capacity item too. He also has a full set of Large Mustache Displays (Detective Stories II) and Evil Queen paintings (Snow White) and is working on completing his set of Green Rabbit shields (Excalibur).
I notice that your day camp and night camp aren't much different - day is set for about 4 hours and night for about 5 and a half hours.
