I have finished 11 out of 25 quests. All the others I can see are locked. I have checked all the towns - no quest there. I am also trying to finish all other quests. I have the same situation under father. I have completed 17 out of 30 quests and the others are locked. I have checked all the towns - see no quests there. I have the same situation under main. I have completed 18 out of 21 quests but the other quests are locked. I again - have checked all towns for quests. I could really use some admin help here. All other quests in every town are 100 % complete. Please help me.
