Are you talking about your Avatar on your Nickname or Team Name?

I can show you how to do it for you Nickname.

Click on your own Nickname & an editing pop-up window will appear.

Click the "Edit" button & then choose a new Avatar..... also remember to click the "Save" button.

But I cannot show you how to do it for a Team Name....as I am currently not a Team Leader.....but it's basically the same process.

Except you click on the "My Team" tab & then click on the "Edit" button..... also remember to click the "Save" button.
