I have cleared the location of dwarf guild and still missing one signature from the dwarf guild. Been through the process again and still have not got the last signature ###

Hi, I have followed the map, and the video, I have collected all the dwarfs on the map, but in my quests it says I've only collected 15 of 16. I have also collected the sword.
