WHAT IS NEW IN THIS UPDATE? 🆕

Faster production Special Week will start also on the 22nd of June until the 29th of June.

During the Faster Production week, sending out caravans, creating alloys and cooking in your camp takes half its usual production time. The production cost stays the same.

Wait, wasn't Baseball Blast rereleased last year? I was expecting Star Beasts.

Yeah, they did say Star Beasts for June so I guess they'll drop that in next week. I think many people will be glad it's a "quiet" week just to catch up on the backlog from other events 🤠...

I apologize for the error in the previous version of the article. The Baseball Blast event is available in the Shop for purchase, not as a free event.

OldTimer I know, I haven't cleared the WW2 event, too. It's just that it said before that Baseball Blast will be for free instead in the shop, and I expected the next old event for free to be Star Beasts. That's all. 🙂

Sandra_s_Quest Almost finished with Halloween 2016. Already finished WW2 before DarkRider was a nice present. But didn't take more than a couple of days to finish

faster production... but no filter fix!? at this rate I'm going to run out of things to cook that don't get made unbearable by the filter bug. 😡 I'm having more fun in Elvenar these days, so like... maybe I'll just stop playing when I run out of non-filter-blocked ingredients. I'm definitely not spending money on diggy this month.
Seriously, I'm still really pissed off at this filter BS. it makes food production a nightmare in NW, and it's been broken for a month and a half. If I can't make food, I can't make progress, so what's the point in playing?

Chani If Pixel doesn’t fix that filter with tomorrow’s update, then they will have to listen to all the bitching of everyone trying do faster production for a whole week with it.

Yeah, that filter has been nothing but frustration from the word go 😳. A "disable/activate" toggle button in settings would surely be the best solution? Some players may benefit from the filters 🤔, but I'd turn it off in a heartbeat!
PS - I 'm in Atlantis but I do enjoy a bit of Kung Pao chicken. Pain in the neck to set up but then repeat/refresh for the rest of the day 🤯. Not ideal but a doable workaround.

This is only the second time I've seen this special week, and I largely ignored it the first time. Does anyone have any advice about strategy? I'm not sure how to get the best out of this.

Shontel Sorry - I'm sure somebody will have a better strategy than this - but generally staying up 24 hours a day until you run out of ingredients is what I do....... : : :😆😃 But seriously, if you have any five minute foods left from an event - now is the time to do it while you are playing and if you run out of those the longer term foods give you really good bang for the buck cause the time is cut in half. 🤔

Shontel To be honest, I don't have a strategy for this one. I usually cook as always, except while I'm away I'll probably cook more of the recipes that have longer cooking time & give more energy, since it's half the time.
I was actually planning to cook recipes from the previous region, but I forgot about the filter 🙁 so unless they release a fix for it tomorrow, I'll just cook Atlantis food.
As for the 5 min event recipes, I actually save them for double production week, since then I'll get double the food, and they're only 5 min.

My strategies for Faster Production Week.......I do anything that takes the MOST amount of time to complete.

I use my Event Kitchen Recipes ONLY during Double Production Week.

But everyone has their own thoughts, opinions, ideas, strategies & agendas.

willena This is wrong. Save the five-minute foods for Double Production. Since there are limited ingredients for those, it's much better to get double the food for them.

This is the worst special week there is. We don't get anything extra for it, it just uses up our stash faster. This week you don't get any more bang for your buck, it's the exact same bang.

Sandra_s_Quest That's a great idea too Sandra (about doing 2x prod on5 minute food). AND I am sorry you guys are having so much problems with the filter function (or NOT functioning properly) SO I hope they fix that for you. It actually works in the portal for the moment.

Definitely the worst of the special weeks but still there are advantages 🙃. If your kitchen & foundry are busy, then you should make sure you have enough key materials via green rings/red rings/repeatables. Rather than seeing this week as something that uses up materials faster, then see it as a chance to get around twice as much food/alloys/caravans as usual. You can max this out by visiting camp as often as possible & keeping kitchen etc as busy as your schedule allows. Stocking up on food & alloys is key here, so unless you're really low on materials there are advantages. The truly dedicated (not me!) will be a-cooking & a-smelting 24/7 & getting up in the middle of the night to refresh the 8 (now 4) hour recipes 😴.

Although this may seem inefficient, I usually send caravans to buy fish. So I can get 6-12 more piranhas per day in this week. Of course, it's not as good as other special weeks, but there's a little benefit for me.

As I have more than enough green rings, I thought I’ll empty the Chambers of Fortune once this week. You know, there is no such thing as too much apple pie. 🥧

I don't believe that the Repeatable Mines reset any faster during Faster Production Week.

Faster Production Week is ONLY applicable to Caravans, Kitchen & Foundry.

I know, and I never said it would. I am just saying that I intend to collect materials in the Chambers to use for production of food and alloys.
