I cleared all map and take the green ball. But in quest it’s still 1/4 at take materials to the kane. I can not pass the kane part of the game.

In Turkish:

Kane’nin atölyesindeki tüm haritayı temizledim ve yeşil küreyi de aldım. Fakat görev sekmesinde hala kane maddeleri götür görevi 1/4’te görüldüğü için kane bölümüne geçemiyorum.

I have a similar issue which I have raised with support. I mention it here to record that there seems to be an issue with the quest. Mine says I have not found the material for the kites (0/1) even though I have made the kites and got the green ball. Without the quest completing I cannot enter the Kane mines.

I've done everything , progress 739/739 , got the green sphere. Still bring the materials to Kane 1/4.
But I've gave him all 4.

I too am having the same problem. Says only 1 of 4 has been done when it all has been finished.
