Have you tried leaving that game scene (if you can) through any entry/exit point & returning back to the area where the issue is?
Have you tried completely shutting down your game & restarting it?
Have you tried clearing your cache, cookies, history etc? (If you can do this)
If you have your player ID number & game progress registered with either your email address or Facebook account....you could try uninstalling & re-installing.
If you are still having issues....then I suggest that you contact Pixel support directly.
