I played the first day it was available now it wasn’t me to pay 500 gems to play. How do I assess it again

pixel_player_221118916 Hi, if you purchased it using 500 gems (was never available for free), it should be there, check the events section of the map if you can find it there.

You should make sure that your"Gem Confirmation" button is switched to the ON position (green).

Your "Gem Confirmation" button can be found in your game settings menu.

By having your "Gem Confirmation" button switched on.....you cannot accidentally spend gems.
