The game states that 97 party whistles can be found for the event. But I only found 94. I can't seem to find the remaining 3, despite hunting through all the locations multiple times. Does anyone else have this problem?

Have you 100% cleared all your game mine locations?
There are 3 tokens in the underground pit on the last map of the Gift Factory. Did you collect them as well? The entrance is blocked with big energy tile.

Happy-Haze I was saving energy to clear the last few expensive tiles and I didn't know there was a pit hidden underneath. Thanks for the reply though!
