Hi there
Can I please have the filter that I have set, stay as is?
After adding the other regions, I need to keep selecting the region everytime, which is troublesome to be frank.
Can we have the filter we have set, say all regions, remain the same afterwards?

@Slanka.Pixel#396894 Players need the ability to save the filters.
This will be applied soon - it means that the system sets the filters according to the player's choice even he/she leaves the game/production building.

I hope this means "filter settings persist" which is the expected behavior for this sort of thing, and not "user has to explicitly save filter setting after applying them."

It's a joke that you have to select the filter for every single cooking pot and should have been solved before rolling out this useless filter. Never had a issue with how it was. Why fix want wasn't broken pixel?!

A filter was always welcome to me, but not this kind. Why not the possibility to turn on or off the things you can't cook? Or set a limit like 0-1000, 1000-4000 and 4000+ for cooking? Not really thought about this last idea, but you will get the idea.
And for the outpost indeed, the ticket-filter. Or we will get lost somewhere in the dessert 😄

Still a big problem with caravan filters. I cleared all filters and then selected Egypt, looking to see if there was an option to sell flour. But when I selected it, nothing appeared. I then selected Scandinavia, then China, and lastly Atlantis and nothing appeared. You can see that in the collage photo below, showing the empty (black) background behind the filter window. I had to exit the Caravan tent and reenter to get something showing again. It is possible to see one location at a time as long as they're not all closed first.

Also, there is one set of sellable materials that appears twice if all filters are selected. I believe they are materials for Egypt but they show up again for another location (Scandinavia, I think).

DiveBohol I just tried to reproduce your problem but no matter how often I "de-select" all regions, every time I click on one it appears immediately without leaving the caravan hut. Did you try to log off, close the app completely, clear the cache, and then re-open and log on again? Even though no one else has reported this on the forum yet, you should keep an eye on it, and if - after above suggested troubleshooting - it happens again you might want to send a ticket to support.

Edit: First: some Caravan tickets (e.g. 1.000.000 coin caravan) appear in every region - on purpose. Second: Found the problem. When you select all possible regions and then scroll to the very end of the list (all egypt items/caravans), and THEN you "de-select" one or more of the regions the screen stays in your former scroll position which is now empty therefore black. I will ask the Community Managers If this is on purpose or a glitch

Wouldn't it be more efficient to have the caravans filter by material, rather than region? You want flour, select flour and get all of your options.

SlankaPixel Happy to help. I know this is a late reply and it seems as if maybe the issue has been fixed or else I'm not using the filters much.
