You collect the "Raven" in the 2nd game scene in "Goblin Swamp".
The "Raven" is highlighted in blue in the 1st map screenshot below.
You then return to the 1st game scene in "Goblin Swamp" with the "Raven".
When you return to the 1st game scene in "Goblin Swamp" you go through the entry/exit point marked with the letter "A".
When you go through the entry/exit marked with the letter "A", you give the "Raven" to the "Red Parrot".
The "Red Parrot" is highlighted in blue in the 2nd map screenshot below.
If you have already collected the "Raven", but the "Red Parrot" will not take the "Raven" from you.
Try to leave this scene through the entry/exit point....then return to the "Red Parrot".
Try to completely close the game & restart it....then return to "Red Parrot".
If you have another quest available or a game mine that hasn't been cleared yet....try completing another quest or clear another game mine....then go back to "Red Parrot".
Try clearing your cache, cookies, history, etc. (If you can) .... then go back to "Red Parrot".
You can also try uninstalling & reinstalling the game, Facebook, Google Play, browser, etc. (But ONLY do this if you have a player ID and game progress registered either with your email address or with a Facebook account)....then go back to "Red Parrot".
