Being new to the game there are a number of different places to get great information & assistance all about Diggys Adventure.
There is of course this forum where you will find dedicated moderators & players that volunteer their time, energy, effort, knowledge & experience to assist other players....there are a number of different sections in this forum that you may find interesting & helpful.

The Wiki pages & this forum will become your best friends throughout your Diggys Adventure journey....it's a great idea to accustom yourself with them both.
There are Diggys Adventure social media groups on Facebook (multiple groups), Twitter & Instagram....I don't have any social media accounts personally.

If you haven't already done so make sure you register your game with either your email address or Facebook account so that your game progress is being saved.
Diggys Adventure is a long term progressive game....the further that you go into the game the more challenging & energy intensive it becomes.
Game strategies, agendas & theories are an integral part of playing Diggys Adventure as it is a long term game that primarily hinges on the strength of your underground camp.
Its extremely important to make your underground camp strong as quickly as possible.
What region you are in is what governs the tile price.
The approximate regional energy requirement differences are as follows:
Egypt to Scandinavia is an increase of x6
Scandinavia to China is an increase of x3
China to Atlantis is an increase of x2
Atlantis to Greece is an increase of x1.8
Greece to New World is an increase of x1.4
New World to Terra is an increase of x1.25
You might want to check out these forum threads...they contain a lot of good information & links that cover quite a few different topics in relation to game strategies, camp equipment, Professor Switch System, Grid Unlock, etc.

While there are Older Stories available in the shop to buy for 100 gems it's a great idea to do some of them to gain stronger capacity & regeneration camp equipment especially from the unsegmented stories.
You can buy these Older Stories multiple times to be able to get all the good, better & best camp equipment pieces available in each story....just remember to check that you are at the required game level to access the camp equipment you are wanting.
Some of the Older Stories even give back more than 100 gems on the 1st time play through.....there is a very useful table on this wiki page that shows how many gems can be gained from the Older Stories available to purchase for 100 gems.
