MadameCurie The requesting is depending on the region, that seems to be true for giving as well. Is it true that Egyptians and Scandinavians can give less items (1) than higher regions? Could you please post this information for all material and regions in a spreadsheet, what you can request and what you can give through the regions.
no, this is not true 🙂 the amount that you can give to the player, doesn't depend on your region, which means that it doesn't matter, whether the player is in Egypt or in Terra, both of them are able to send the same amount of given material 🙂 the region plays role only when requesting materials - higher regions are able to request higher amounts of materials 🙂
Here's the spreadsheet, in which you can find all the information: https://bit.ly/3vYLL1z
MadameCurie There are different cool down times for different materials and they are also different to the 6 hour general waiting time before you can send a new request. Could you please post the information concerning all cool down times for all materials through the regions in a spreadsheet?
yes - it's in the same spreadsheet that I posted above: https://bit.ly/3vYLL1z
MadameCurie There seems to be limit of 11? or 12? chat messages, after that the newest one removes the oldest one. Do new request count in that and remove older messages? Do new messages remove older requests? Or are those two separately?
the limit to the messages, which can be displayed in a chat is set due to technical limitations (in order to prevent from even worse lagging, etc.) - we will discuss this matter with our programmers to see, if there is anything we can do to set a higher limit for the chat history 🙂
The requests and messages are separate matters - no message can "remove" a material request 🙂
MadameCurie It seems that one player can fulfill a certain request only one time. What happens if 12 lumber are requested but a team has less than 13 members? (the requester can’t fulfill his/her own request). I heard that the fulfillment was kind of cut in half in one case, so someone requested 12 lumber and got it in portions of 6? Please provide the information for all material requests that come in increments.
This is a bit complicated to explain, but long story short - if a team has at least 5 members, each request for materials can be fulfilled 🙂 It is calculated and designed in a way that a team consisting of minimum 5 members can always fulfill each material request 🙂
For example, if there are 11 members in a team and one of them requests 12 apples, there's a certain calculation behind the scenes and it will result in that for example, 4 members will each contribute with 3 apples 🙂 Should there be an odd number, for example 9 apples, then 4 members might contribute with 2 apples and the last one might contribute with 1 apple. (I made up the numbers, but I just wanted to show you how it works 🙂 )
TL,DR: If the team has at least 5 members, there is no need to worry whether the request can be fulfilled - it always can 🙂
