Trazko You don't get a second chance at achievements when you change region, but from what I've seen, the amount of equipment you buy go back to zero (meaning that if you purchased the item that was the most expensive and that you often can only buy once, this item will be available again in another region). I only did two events in two different regions, but that's what I noticed.
You also don't get the treasure a second time. You just get experience instead of gathering the pieces.

You say you have opened team features. Why are they not on apple products. Both my iPad and iPhone do not have the feature to even open a team, let alone join one. And please, don’t tell me they are there because I’ve looked to see if it’s an update for the game. Help please

Some players wrote that the apple approval process usually takes longer so that wouldn‘t be pixel‘s fault. And as they announced that it won’t be there instantaneously for all it’s ok for me (ipad and iphone). But then I‘m not keen on it, so it’s easier for me.

Some design suggestions for devs @JanZ @ROMI

Considering the android mobile app, since that's only where I've got the feature.

The teams could very well be a button on the bottom bar considering it's scope. I will prefer it there instead of floating on the left in every location.
Add an indication when there are new messages in chat (preferable with the number of new messages) and show the chat from the last read point when opened.
You can add more feedback. Display "Loading" when the member details or search results or leaderboard has not loaded, the profile popup or team info popup doesn't appear immediately, show it and display loading till data loads, display "x amount of y donated" when you send something instead of the request just disappearing, or maybe grey out the donate button and change it's text to "donated" and let request stay visible for all until it's filled.
Display messages in chat in a different background color when activities happen "xyz joined the team", "xyz left the team", "xyz was kicked out", "xyz is the new leader".
The chat messages take up too much space. You can organize this better. Move the chat/myteam/leaderboard tabs to the left instead of top. Make the avatars smaller, height equal to 1 line height. (Currently the single line messages take up almost 2 lines) and not even 3 complete messages can be seen in a single screen.
White on light brown isn't exactly a good combination as used in team info and player info popups.
Instead of the time, I would prefer seeing how long ago the message was, so "1hr 7min ago" instead of "08:12:45"
Let people write a custom message when requesting entry in invite-only teams like "friend of x", "saw your request on forum", would help leaders decide on whether to accept or not.
Similarly, kick-out reasoning like "sorry you seem to have become inactive, feel free to join again when you're back". These would probably be displayed to the player next time he visits teams screen "You were kicked out from x because: ".
Display the cooldown along with the count (if it's different for different materials). Allow to see this info even if you can't request yet.
The chat seems to store only 10 messages in history. That is way too less to follow up on a conversation and will also quickly make a request disappear if people are chatting. 100 would be a good number.
There is silver but I can't seem to request chromite ore, why is that? Add all the basic materials we have in game.
I can't seem to search using team IDs, I believe this is a bug or I don't know how to. It's important to have this ability to search using IDs.

Also, there is currently a glitch that makes the typing sections inside teams work even if you're outside it and keeps the typed text visible. Like whenever I tap somewhere in the bottom of any mine, the chat window pops. Here's an image.
This also exists for the search bar when looking for a team.

Abhi There is silver but I can't seem to request chromium, why is that? Add everything possible.

It seems to me, only elementary materials can be requested, not alloys.

I have an extra thought to add to your ever growing list of suggestions for Pixel.

It doesn't tell you who gifted the materials.....that would be great to know so you could thank them.

I cannot find any "search" function.... maybe I'm just going blind 👀🙈

Can someone explain where teams can be found at this point? I thought they were being rolled out gradually. Is it now available to all people with a specific device? I read a post that said teams was on mobile. What does Mobile mean?
Here is where my newbie side shows. I play on my tablet. Does that mean mobile?
I play mostly on an iPad. I generally see my game update automatically as it loads. I did check the App Store this time just to be sure.
What does it mean to play ‘on portal’?
How does on play on Facebook?
I have another device, a Microsoft Surface (Go, or Pro), where I go to portal.pixelfederation.com and sign in and play. Then I can see a friends section, which I have never been able to use except there is the Mr. Bill guy. There are other features here that are not on my iPad version, such as Pillars and other decorations that use materials but require no Caravan ticket. I don’t like using this device and I don’t like the display for Diggy’s Adventure as much. If I could access teams here sooner than on my iPad, I would use if some.
If anyone cares to clarify some of my questions, I would appreciate it. Also, my preference is to stay out of Facebook for my gaming.

Trazko As far as I know, it's only out on Android devices for now (Edit: That too only for a limited number of people, thanks Chani for pointing out). So you'll have to wait some more if you got an iPad, or even if you can use the desktop versions on portal or fb.
I don't know if it has partially rolled to any iOS or web users, I haven't seen any though.

Playing on portal means playing through their website on this link: https://portal.pixelfederation.com/en/diggysadventure/
Playing on facebook means using the game inside facebook's game section. It's pretty much the same as portal version, so you can stay out of it, the feature isn't available there either.

We don't know when it will be fully rolled out, but it should be in the coming few weeks.

I agree, they should definitely add more items to request. I know the items & amount are different depending on the region, but I was expecting that at least all the regional materials & ingredients needed for cooking & forging will be available.

Hello, i just hope it is some good teams. I play a very lot of MMO, RPG or not. Since 15 years, at evry time.
Inside lots of problems with guilde.
I just have one fear about : guildes will be an obligation to be able to play in the long term. With playing conditions depending on the size / motivation, etc. therefore on the competition between Teams ... Which would make this game lose its appeal, one more among others ...

I thought the update/addition of teams would go through the game (like when new event starts, I'm android player) and not playstore so I missed it completely (as I don't have auto updates enabled) and now most teams are filled in 😅 The problem is I play every day (lvl 306) so I want to end in a team of active players. I selected one that seems to be active as best I could, so hopefully it will be all good.

Due to the scope of this feature, only a part of players has this feature active , but we are working on bringing full covarage in the very near future.

We ask for your patience in this matter as this will be a major feature and each player will get to eventually enjoy it.

Once the PC and Apple versions are ready for the Team feature, there will be plenty more teams to choose from. You also could start your own team and set your requirements.

Besides that, I assume most Team players (if not all players) are daily players, otherwise it wouldn't be useful being in a team, as the only advantage so far is the possibility to request free materials.
