Should it happen that the gems from the offer Wall are not being added to your game account, you can contact offer wall support directly.
Please note that this is a third-party responsible for its own support.

Open Diggy's Adventure, go to the Gems icon. and get to the offer wall screen. Click on the "IN PROGRESS" tab
Tap on the reward that you did not receive
Tap on the "Missing gems?" hyperlink
Tap on the "Contact Support" hyperlink
Please provide an email address preferably the one you use for Diggy's Adventure, fill in the message area with your issue, and provide a screenshot supporting your case.

What do you do if the game still shows as "in progress" instead of complete? The directions above say it it Pixel that notifies the third party when the offer is complete. I submitted a ticket (two actually) regarding two games/apps that I fulfilled the requirements, but they still show as "in progress". All I got was a canned response that did not address the issue.

Not happy that I spent hours messing with the game/app only to get nothing, and no response from Pixel.

Another reply from Pixel says "this is a third party issue and we are not able to track this data. WTF? It is your game Pixel, you need to fix and support the stuff YOU put in it. I've just about had it with the direction Pixel is going. Between the "gambling" events, bugs that still have not been fixed, and now this, I'm about ready to just delete this game once and for all. When it is no longer fun, it's time to move on.

Also, if you are not tracking it, who is? You just let other companies have access to our accounts/data?

Texas-Mark Those offers are completely controlled by 3rd parties. Pixel cannot see if you've downloaded the game in offers or how long you played it. That 3rd party possibly can. Hence pixel is not able to provide support for these.

The 3rd party probably doesn't have any access to your data, unless you've provided it yourself in one of the offers. Maybe the pixel id or some other identifier just for the purpose of tracking completions and what account to credit the gems in. Read pixel's privacy policy for more information on how data is used, I don't have much idea about that.

I have always known these offers are likely to leave players disappointed due to non-crediting gems. They also have potential to drive players away from pixel's own games. Hope pixel realizes this and maybe remove these offers. I have chosen not to do any of these offers, you can do the same and ignore their existence.

I'm with you Abhi......I won't be taking up any of these offers....even though some of them are incredibly enticing....especially the ones that are offering hundreds of gems.

Perhaps Pixel could do something within Diggys that rewards players with hundreds of gems.....instead of costing players hundreds of gems like Chilli Out, Find The Pair, Mystery Boxes & Tiered Offers 😂🤣

I do believe that Pixel could also be risking losing players to other games by incorporating this feature.

I believe Pixel should be concerned & concentrating on how to improve & expand the Diggys game itself.

So many players have made so many great suggestions for so many different ideas that could be incorporated.

For example....I'm going to keep banging the drum in relation to adding separate specific repeatable mines for both Herbs & Vegetable Roots.

The offers are part of the game. They are embedded as part of the code. Pixel must have some sort of "interaction" with them, thus they should have some control over issues. As for the access to data, how else will these third parties be able to track what you have played AND be able to update the offer wall unless they have access to it? Not all of us are 12 and will buy these lame excuses and passing the buck.

I've done a couple of the offers with success. I realize that the offers third-party, which begs the question how / why is there a new supposed way to help those who don't get the gems, like @Texas-Mark? If Pixel is simply going to reply to these tickets with the usual "we have no control" then what's the point? It brings me to the conclusion that Pixel must have some way to contact these 3rd parties. I was told by Pixel that while they technically don't control the server, they have the ability to contact them if inappropriate ads are running, so why not these offers? (not expecting you personally to know, but I thought I'd pose the questions as I think the complaints have some validity.)

Over the last year or so I have come to the conclusion that all they really care about anymore is how to make the most $$ as fast as they can. And IMO they don't care how many players they lose as long as it does not slow down the flow of the $$. Notice how they no longer let people post in the "official" bug thread. They no longer mention the bugs that are still around, and pretend they no longer exist.

It may sound like I am just a "complainer", but over the past several years I have spent a considerable amount of real $$ on this game. Enough that the game should not have any bugs, and that I should get some actual support for issues instead of lame canned responses that do not address the issues, or be given other BS excuses.

As I understand it, all it needs is a user id. They simply tell this user id has completed the offer, then pixel must be adding the gems to that account.
Third party makes these things much easier which is why companies partner with them. If pixel had to write all this offer-wall logic by themselves, they will need an entire team as big as one working on diggy.

Also, canned responses is a standard practice in most organizations. Reply to it if the canned response doesn't help and they'll read it more carefully and help you the best they can.
The response does help many (similar to how we post maps and video links and it helps the players. If that doesn't help, then we ask them to contact support for assistance).

LOL. I have replied multiple times with much detail, including screenshots. All they did was first send me a link to a screenshot that does nothing for the issue. Now they just won't even reply. The bottom line is they do not care about customer support as long as the money keeps rolling. This is not the first issue I have had that they blew off. After I told them that they would not get another penny out of me until these issues were fixed, they went into ignore mode.

As for the privacy policy, the point was they claim this is a third party issue. But that third party IS interacting with the game. To say Pixel does not have much control is laughable, or maybe even scary if they actually don't have any control of what the third party is doing.

I also question their choices of apps they offer. At least one (that you have to listen to music for 30 minutes) borderlines on malware. It practically takes over your phone latching into the lock screen and other places. Of course this is one of the apps that failed to "pay up" when I more then exceeded the time requirement.

The bottom line is they are passing the buck. It's a "feature" Pixel put in the game. They need to support it instead of saying "not our problem". All they care about is the $$. I've been playing this game for over 3 years. Anyone who has not noticed the (negative) changes in the way they are doing things is blind.

I haven't even bothered to try any of these "Offer Wall" rewards.....because I already assumed from the very outset that they were going to be a very big problem, headache & potential security risks.

Yes I agree that the idea of getting up to 1,800 gems from one offer alone sounds amazingly enticing.....but from what I can see that players are complaining about....it's just simply not worth the effort to me.

I am just irritated at the negative changes that are talking place at Pixel. A few years ago they were pretty good about helping with issues and actually trying to fix bugs. Now it seems to be all about the $$ and nothing more. And as I said, over the past few years I have spent quite a bit of real $$ and feel like that should be "buying" better support than what that are doling out these days. I used to play this game pretty much every day, but now I may play once a week. Just seems like their business model now is to try and rake in as much $$ before they piss off the player to the point that they just quit, and then hope they can sucker some more players in.

As I also noted, just look at the main "bug thread". They used to let people post in it and even asked for input. Now they lock it as soon as it is posted, and ignore the bugs that are still out there pretending they no longer exist.

I still have not gotten any resolution to the missing gems rewards from the offer wall. It's not about the gems as I have over 1600. It's about the principal of it. Pixel put the "Offer Wall" in the game, but yet they want to pass the buck when it does not work properly. How hard would it have been to just pony up the 328 gems (that cost them nothing) to keep a "paying" player happy? Especially when they were going to give them away anyway if it worked like it is supposed to.

By it remaining pinned it would make it easier for players & players who are helping other players to locate.

There are actually quite a lot of threads that need to be either created, edited, updated, pinned & unpinned.

I agree that as Pixel does own the game that they would most definitely have ways to be able control & contact the 3rd party ad providers.

After all I would assume that Pixel & the 3rd party ad providers would have to be in communication about the number of gems being offered.

Plus the communications of actual "real money" transactions & documents that would be obviously generated between Pixel & the 3rd party ad providers.

It's just a shame that Pixel doesn't offer an easy way "in game" to gain the same masses of gems available in this "Offer Wall" options (repeatable mines don't count because they only drop such a small amounts of gems).

I maintain that Pixel could potentially be putting their own game in jeopardy of losing players.....as some of these "Offer Wall" conditions require you to reach certain "milestones" before they will pay out (if they pay out).

Some of these "milestones" actually will take quite a bit time & effort to achieve....by which time a player could potentially become more interested in playing those new games more frequently....which in turn could mean that these players could either play less frequently or completely stop playing Diggys Adventure.

What I personally would like to see is more use for the gazillions of Diggy Coins that we accumulate.....as they are SO much easier to gain instead of gems.

Yes I'm fully aware that they can be used in Pillars & Caravans 😂🤣

Charge me 100,000 coins for an item and I can buy over one hundred items. All due to their super abundance and few useful outlets to use them.
