pixel_player25635180 This is ridiculous. This problem has been reported for 12 hours and nothing has been done!
Unfortunately this is not the ONLY issue the Pixel would be handling, fixing, investigating & dealing with.
I appreciate your frustrations....however you simply cannot expect Pixel to have employees working 24 hours a day.
It's about 6.00am in Slovakia now.....so I would assume that players will be starting to see replies in the next few hours.
You also need to consider that this may not be a simple issue to fix....it could be a fairly complex task.
I'm sure that there is something far more important & pressing in your own personal life than a game that currently has a glitch that occurred after hours & overnight
Please be patient....be assured that Pixel will fix this issue in the most timely manner that is possible
