Missing all events maps

You are not the only player this has happened to.....there is other players reporting the same issues.... obviously some type of bug or glitch.

Try completely closing down your game & restarting it.... fully shutting down...not just swiping into the background.

Try clearing your cache, cookies, history, etc.

If you have your player ID number & game progress registered with either your email address or Facebook account....you can try uninstalling & reinstalling the game.

If none of these suggestions work for you....then i suggest that you contact Pixel support directly.

Do not type in the white search box ... go to the categories written in blue.

Remember to check your spam / junk folder for replies.

Do not send multiple tickets in quick succession to Pixel support otherwise their spambot might eat them.

II found out that the only way to enter the event map is to click on the event image at the bottom and then the map button. Then you have to go back to the camp again because the screen is freezing. The same is true for the other account. You can also use this method to enter the cooking map.

Can't access easter event 2020 although it is announced to end in 22 days. What happened?

I'm also one of the "lucky ones" I still have Garden Of Spring 2021, Easter 2020 & the Older Stories I activated in my Maps tab.

I play through Android phone app.

Just got this advice from ROMI

Yes, it was a temporary error on our end, if the players now reload their games, they will see all events properly. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused!

At the very least, this doesn't seem to be an issue for me on the mobile version, even though I can't see the maps on the portal version.
So a quick workaround until they fix it would be to log into the game via a mobile device if possible, go to the map you want, and then you can use the "last location" button on the portal after that.
Worked for me after I was dumb and opened a regular story mine to get the notification off my screen on the portal.

I had the same problem until I found another way.........
First click on the Story reel..... and click on your story that is missing it will bring you to your map..... Same for the Chilli Out to continue your Event

pixel_player59906344 No one can cook because the Event has ended, all you can and should do (immediately) is to collect your rewards. This will only be possible for the next 15 hours!!!

Can you not access Garden Of Spring 2021, Easter 2020 or other Older Stories that you have purchased?

If you mean that the Chilli Out Event is not working for you.....that Event has finished except for the rewards collection.

If you have access to a mobile app version of Diggys Adventure....try playing via through that instead.

If you play via portal you can reach your story. Click on "Stories" icon, then choose your event and click "map" and select where you were last time to continue. I found this way to get there since in maps are currently unavailable icons of active events.

I have bought this disappearing Events & Stories to the attention of ROMI from Pixel....so hopefully there will be a better fix sooner rather than later.

It was ROMI who advised yesterday to reload the game.... but that doesn't seem to be working for every player.

The other option is to play Diggys via mobile app if you can.
