I understand where the tickets are, but the game ate my 4 tickets and support has not replied. The ingredients thing makes more sense now, so thanks for explaining that. Was not well-explained in-game.

Tickets are nice, but not very useful when the rest of the game is off. Spin almost always gets me pots, so my food bag is getting no bigger. And the chilis always come out early in the draw - defying the odds so it would seem. So why use my ticket until the end fo the game when I 9may eventually) have more food and a chance at more points,

What is the biggest failing of the cooking game?

Is it:

The equipment itself was poor value for most players, thus neutralizing motivation to spend gems or to consider buying gems.
The true cost in gems was never acknowledged by the game. If you didn't have 3500 gems in your game, you would have to buy them at a cost of $140.00 (Canadian or equivalent local currency). See point 1.
The instructions were misleading, as they made it sound like it was totally random which item would come out of the sack. It clearly was not random, but biased toward chilies. This is proved by the wretched final scores attained by those of us who did not spend gems.
It is always a bad sign when players are cheering that an event is gone and done.

AllMenAreIslands I had also forgotten this was a very short duration game. You're right - without gems, there was no way to get any of those higher prizes...

Now they even removed all access to Easter event 2020. I think they have monkeys banging on keyboards. hope they get someone that knows what they are doing soon.

Multiple players are reporting losing Garden Of Spring 2021, Easter 2020 & other Older Stories they had activated after the Chilli Out Event ended.

These lost Events & Stories were not due to expire yet.

Yes, it was a temporary error on our end, if the players now reload their games, they will see all events properly. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused!

Even the cluster-effed Candyland Event let us go to the timer end...

EDIT: I saw the bug / known issue post, but it only refers to PC game. It even says we should be able to cook until the timer runs out, unless I'm misreading it?

That banner info will be played all day today, adding insult to injury. I didn't reach 5,000 (was shy by 56 thanks to 3rd chili coming at slot 15 (and that was one of my longest runs too).

Horrible event, I want compensation 500 gems.

I barely got anything. Kept getting 3 Chills right from the start. Damned if I was going to keep wasting my gems on it.

Yes, as I said, I read the info in this very link, but it said we should be able to cook as long as the cooking pot was available, but at the time I posted, there was still 20 hours left, so either the timer was messed up, the post was incorrectly worded, or I misunderstood it.

However, the cooking itself will be possible only for the duration visible in the camp.>

I spent no gems at all on this thing - I just played for free, when I could. After I made it to the 1000 pot mark (for 2 green rings 🤷) I basically gave up.

Oh well - I guess not everything can work out.

With my pot, the shorter time had run out, like only a few minutes left. Then „the event ended“. No cooking possible. And THEN suddenly the pot timer in the camp was up again with 24 h. That was really strange. And then of course you are right, at this point the cooking was NOT possible during this pot timer‘s time.

I have never seen so many things going wrong and causing anger like with this one.
