Do you want to start over from scratch, meaning from the very start, where diggy is on the farm and then starts to Egypt? Or do you want to restart your current location? The latter is not possible, but if you provide name of region, name of god and name of location, best with screenshot and describing your problem we can probably help you out.

pixel_player234950964 You can either contact support and ask them to reset your progress back to level 1, or log out of this account and create a new one (for this you'll need another email or fb which you had not used for the first account)
