You don't what? Want to have the game registered under THIS profile /email? If you want to use a different email, then go back to your current game settings & click the register button. It will take you to pixelferation.com & you can create the new profile.

The app is saying it can't find the email because you never registered / connected it with any Pixel profile. And as I stated, if you want to attach your current (LVL 127) to THIS profile you're using to post to the forum, you need to copy down both player Id#s and have SUPPORT sync your progress.

USMousie No, I can see a backdoor entry in maps. Just do all the tasks then you'll be able to talk to him.

In this location you have to move back and forth for different tasks. Get a key, open one door, solve problem. Get next key, open next door, solve second problem. In the end you come to the inspector through a back door as Abhi said and after you spoke with him this door opens.

Up to now this player didn’t get his Terra Susannoo bug fixed by support. It‘s a problem on weekends, I know. One time I was lucky to get a bug in my game fixed on a sunday and I was so happy to play on.

This player was waiting before the weekend started, so it’s really a long wait now.

@ROMI or @AndyPixel or maybe @Roeland It would be really nice if someone could check at least on Monday, if there are still so many tickets open with this subject that it just still takes time, or if there is a special problem with this player‘s game or his ticket (or not getting one).

MadameCurie nothing I can do about it. I did warn Romi on Friday afternoon that there were still some tickets waiting. This is not how support usually works, they must have had some sort of other activity in the company

pixel_player69332578 It's likely the place where gods of your region reside. Mostly on the main map on PC or among initial mines of the region map on mobile.

Old junkyard, the conveyor belt to retrieve the last machine part.....problem.
I have all the 4 power cubes on the boxes where they go. I go to the blue switch press it and the part does not move down the conveyor belt.
I started the game over (reloaded the game), watched the tutorial, and I am doing it correctly, but the conveyor belt won’t work.

pixel_player_558395363 Then most likely you have made a mistake with the boxes. Make sure the wires are connecting the right way. (I know you state you have done it correct, but that is not likely, the mine is not known to have bugs)

If you get stuck....check out the relevant Wiki pages, quests, maps, videos, guides, walkthroughs & hidden gifts/bonuses

I personally find it much easier to consult, study & follow the maps in certain types of scenarios instead of the videos.

What you need to do ... is look at the maps that I have linked you to below ... you need to zoom in on the maps so you can see which way the cables are going so you can connect them properly .

You should also zoom in on your game scene / mine you are working on in order to see which direction the wires are going to connect them properly..

It's a puzzle you need to look really hard and where you place the electrical boxes.

The wires on the electrical boxes should match the wires that are in the game scene / mine.

The conveyor belt will not work until you put all the electrical boxes in the correct positions.
