Importantly......make sure you check out the many "Known Bugs & Issues" threads posted by Pixel in this News & Announcements section of the forum.
As there are a number of Android & Apple devices that are no longer supported or able to play Diggys Adventure on (yes you might have to look in some of the older threads titled as "Known Bugs & Issues" within the News & Announcements section)
This forum thread post by Pixel advised that there are only 50 ads per day when playing via WebGL.
There is also a daily limit of 100 for mobile users.
You can try other basic troubleshooting techniques such as:
Make sure you are using the most up-to-date versions of the game app, Facebook, Google Play, browser, phone / device / PC operating systems, etc. (depending on what you are playing).
You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the game app, Facebook, Google Play, browser, etc. (but only do this if you have saved the game progress and player ID with your email address or Facebook account).
Try clearing your cache, cookies, history, etc.
Another thing is to free up space on your phone / device / PC by deleting all unused and unnecessary apps, downloads, screenshots, files, songs, games, photos, videos, closing all browser tabs, etc.
Make sure when you are trying to load & run Diggys Adventure that it is the ONLY thing running at the time....so it has 100% dedicated usage of your device & internet connection
You can also try other things like:
- Log out and log in to the game app / browser / Facebook / portal / Google Play.
- Switch the phone / device / PC off and on again.
- Switch the internet connection / source off and on again.
- Try to use another internet source (WiFi or mobile data).
- Try to use a different browser.
- Try to use another phone / device / PC.
Check out this forum thread....it has some very informative & helpful posts & links
Another option is to try playing through the portal / Facebook / Google Play website instead of the mobile game app or vice versa.
Do you have the ability to change your router firewall settings?
Are you running a firewall on your phone, device &/or your PC?....could there be settings in there you could change?
Also are you running any virus, malware, adware, ransomware, pop-up blockers, cookie catchers, etc type of protection programs/apps on your phone, device &/or PC?..... could there be any settings in there you could change?
If none of these suggestions work....then you will need to contact Pixel support directly to fix this issue for you.
