I have a few Scandinavian Treasures that are missing pieces. Am I still able to complete them now that I'm in China? I've gone to Angul's Treasury about 60 times in the past couple weeks & haven't received any treasure pieces, just coins. I play on the Android mobile app.

Yes of course you can.
Just keep at it and hopefully you will get the piece/s from that mine soon.

Yeah, it's annoying.
You still got that same problem with some China treasures as well.
At least Atlantis and higher there is none of that.
