new phone - not retrieving my old levels

Hi,
Can somebody help me?
I have bought a new phone and I logged in with diggy's adventure. but my old levels (done on my old phone) are not loaded in the app on my new phone.
What to do?
I have player-ID of both games. I don't have facebook login, but by email.
Please help!

You can choose a login via mail account. Go to the upper left corner, there you can log off and in.
(Where the wheel for the settings is)

I suggest you contact Pixel support directly.

Provide Pixel support with as much detail as possible including player ID numbers, game level, region, email address, etc.

You can contact Pixel Support directly through the game settings menu.

Be sure to check the replies in your spam/junk email folder.

Do not send more tickets in quick succession to Pixel support otherwise the spambot could eat them.
