Dear players,
here is the list of the most frequent bugs and issues, which have appeared lately or still persist:
1.) Loading the game after reinstalling it on Facebook
On Monday, March 29th, we registered multiple reports about players having issues loading the game after reinstalling it on Facebook.
Please don´t uninstall the game for now as the issue is still being investigated!
Players use to uninstall the game on Facebook in order to "hard synchronize" their friend lists. Please avoid this until further notice.
On our side, there weren´t any changes recently, that should cause this issue, however, Facebook as a platform provider may have made some changes and the issue is currently still being investigated.
For now, when you uninstall the game on Facebook and try to install it again, it gets stuck on this loading screen:

After few seconds, you´ll be redirected to Diggy´s Adventure game site, where you can see the Play Now button. However, after clicking the Play Now button, the screen above is displayed and you´ll be redirected to the Play Now button screen again.

Should you encounter this issue before the fix, please start the game on our Portal using your Facebook account as a login method - https://portal.pixelfederation.com/en/

2.) Finding the Caravan Ticket in the Shop
Currently, for mobile app users, the Caravan Ticket is available in the Shop, tab Extra,

as well as the tab New.

However, in the WebGL version, it´s necessary to purchase the Caravan Ticket in the Shop, tab Home, tab New. You won´t find it in the tab Extras yet. Please note that this will be adjusted in the future.
