Wow, is the caravan interface confusing. 😃 Good to hear there will be a filter coming. But I like the change.

Glad you're trying, but the caravan seems way too expensive now for what we get. The ticket just seems like another unnecessarily complex gimmick that will cause more frustration than excitement.

I'd have rather had an Easter event than this. 🙁

For app-only-players this ticket is THE TICKET getting them what web players have with pillars.

It would be nicer to have that for free in the app, but this way pixel has a nice precious reward to give on certain occasions, I think

My first Scandinavian thoughts on the new caravans:

In a certain timespan of the game (Egypt)you lack lumber. Before, you could have one in 30 min for 50 coins, so 3 in 90 min for 150 coins.

This is cheaper now but takes longer to get the same amount of lumber. 2 in 90 min for 64 coins.

Edit: Didn’t see it was only ONE in the 8 hours. For me that’s still better than nothing, because that could run in the night. Still it’s not really "great".

a way to exchange material for experience as long as this special tickets will be available. So the app-only-players have something similar to pillars with even bigger reward as is written above.

I like it overall.

to me ONE herb in 8 HOURS is fail - unless they didn't update the app properly and it's showing something different for web players - because a player get's more herbs by going into mushroom pit than waiting 8 hours for 1 herb....

The layout of the new caravans is so confusing, there are so many duplicates of the same material with the same duration. And I realized that that there is no tin or iron ore to send out as caravan.

Hopefully there is some other way to get those tickets besides buying them, I don't see how or where they come up.

Absolutely agree. I only got access to the pillars on my Pc about 6 months ago (tail end of China) & it made such a difference. Not just in terms of extra level ups but the control of exactly when to level up. Currently early in Atlantis with the massive challenge level from Alice still to tackle, so will be taking full advantage of the doubles on the larger XP caravans. With the ticket at 35 gems, that will buy you an EXTRA 33 million for your 1000 dragon ingots and an EXTRA (forgive the capitals!) 50 million for every 1000 orichalcum. So go nuts everybody, and if smelt like crazy to get to the next thousand level in orichalcum/dragon ingots before the week ends. Nice innovation team Diggy - very rewarding & creates an interest & strategy in an otherwise dull section of the game (ie - sending caravans for flipping apples all the time). Many thanks & may you continue to surprise & delight us.

et en les renvoyant je vois que ce sont 6x 1 racine en 8h .... et y a plus 1 charbon
pour l'instant ça m'arrange pas du tout, je sens que je vais arrêter les caravanes

If it's 360,000,000 with a ticket, giving 50% extra, that means without a ticket it would be 240,000,000.
Which is 10,000,000 lower than the amzonium pillar from the previous regen.
Anyway let's look at the superchromium pillar,
needed materials for 1000 superchromium.
20,000 coal = 6,000,000
4000 electrum = 280,000,000
10,000 chromium = 125,000,000
Total = 411,000,000 and the above values are based on no tickets, no gems, no xp boost, just the base values for each material pillar.
So if the material used can give 411,000,000 using no tickets, no gems, and not having to make a 1000 superchromium,
then, why do you think we will make a 1000 superchromium and pay 35 gems for a ticket just to get 360,000,000 which includes the 50% extra xp.
I think the superchromium pillar should be 450,000,000 and with a ticket for 50% extra 675,000,000.
Either that, or keep the value you have for the superchromium pillar, but for 500 pieces not 1000.

The new caravan could be interesting. I use it constantly to get extra experience but haven't used it for anything else since Scandinavia !! Maybe something to help with Terra ? I wait with baited breath !!

You are right. I didn’t see at first that it was only one. I would still do it overnight with all caravans sometimes instead of coins, but you are right, it’s not really "great". I edited my post accordingly.
I do the mushroom and plantation anyway.

Comme mes caravanes sont actuellement en train de collecter des objets, je ne peux pas prendre de captures d'écran pour voir ce que les tickets de caravane peuvent être utilisés pour obtenir des excuses ..... pouvez-vous regarder dans vos propres options de caravane?

You can purchase Caravan Tickets for 35 gems each.... make sure that you have your "Gem Confirmation" button switched on....so you don't make any accidental purchases.

I read the Easter event starts Thursday.
Access to roots is long overdue but I have not seen the details, not wanting to cancel my caravans. Does anyone know the details for that (getting roots from the new caravans from China)?

At this stage from what I can understand of it.....it takes 8 hours to get 1 X vegetable root or 8 hours to get 1 X herb..... which seems to me to be rather pointless unfortunately.

What I truly don't understand is why isn't there a "Herb Garden" & a "Root Vegetable Patch" as 2 separate dedicated repeatable mines????

Herbs & vegetable roots are used in numerous recipes throughout every region.

There are dedicated repeatable mines that cover every other ingredients required:

Berry
Mushroom
Fish
Dill
Cod
Rice
Shiitake Mushroom
Eel
Seaweed
Lobster
Lemon
Olive
Octopus
Piranha
Corn
Chilli
Sweet Potato
Mint
Big Fish

There are many recipes throughout every region that use herbs &/or vegetable roots:

Fried Mushrooms = 1 herb
Vegetable Soup = 3 herb
Grilled Fish = 3 vegetable root
Broiled Cod = 1 vegetable root & 1 herb
Fish Fingers = 5 herb
Stuffed Shiitake Mushrooms = 5 herb
Olive Pate = 1 herb
Grilled Octopus = 2 herb
Grilled Piranha = 3 vegetable root
Piranha Salad = 3 herb
Chilli Soup = 4 herb

Why is there no Achievement for vegetable roots????....maybe the Achievement for vegetable roots could be called "Deep Rooted" 🤔🤣😂

Why is the Achievement for Herbivore so much higher than nearly every other Achievement (except Queen Of Rice)????

Considering that there is no dedicated repeatable mines available for herbs.....this Achievement for Herbivore is almost impossible & unattainable to reach...it's just simply illogical!!!!

Why is there no mathematical, methodical, logical & calculative correlation between all of these Achievements????

Also I wonder why there is no Achievements for Diggys Coins (maybe called "Coin Collector" or "Big Banker" or "Money Bags") & Green Gems (maybe called "Green With Envy" or "Gem Genie")????? 🤔😂🤣

How do you deselect something? Anything that I click on remains raised, and I don’t want to spend 350 rubies for $52.5M? There's no "cancel" button, and I've logged out and back in again but anything I clicked remains "clicked"

I think the 1st click just makes it activate/available....I believe that you would have to click again to actually send the Caravan out.

Happy-Haze I believe you're right about simply activating that choice. And the "OK" button is disabled since I don’t have enough rubies. It was "activating" the ticket on that particular item that concerns me.

On another note: wouldn’t the choices have been more clear if all choices for one resource were grouped all together? There are so many choices, and finding 4 coal/2 hours, scrolling way down the list before you find more coal, then scrolling way down to find still MORE coal is a little confusing
