Would be helpful to know whether you're in the PC or in the mobile app...

I had issues getting into the app (Android) until I updated a program on my phone: Android System WebView. Has to search Google Play to get the option to Update. I also updates Chrome for good measure.

If on an iOS device, try clearing the game cache via your device settings. Try a reinstall I'F you have registered your game on the Portal / know your Player ID#.

If playing via the browser (pixel federation.com or Facebook) they clearing the cookies & refreshing the game. Could also try a different browser.

I suggest you contact Pixel support directly.

Do you have the original player identification number?

Did you have your player ID and game progress registered in the original game using your email address or Facebook account?

You can contact Pixel Support directly through the game settings menu.

Be sure to check the replies in your spam/junk email folder.

Do not send more tickets in quick succession to Pixel support otherwise the spambot could eat them.

pixel_player97448207 Can you please post a screenshot? I am not sure what you mean by "tiles", perhaps the coloured stones? You have to push the four levers so that the gates open, see the maps here:

You can try in desktop mode.

Personally I didn't manage that but it should be possible.

Google tells you how to force your ipad in desktop mode. For example

When I hold "refresh" I don't get a drop down menu on my ipad mini. Hope it works for you.

joemama53 I normally play on iPad using email, but I have to go to the portal on desktop if I want to buy pillars.

see if you can get onto the game using email on iPad, and if you access your same game with your current progress.

p.s. Make sure to log out of where you normally play, so you don't get the error message. Note that "email" is one of the two options offered at log-in on iPad.

To my knowledge, iOS mobile devices DO NOT have any browsers that support WebGL. So even if you did put the web browser page in Desktop Mode, it won't work. So you may need to download the app (if you haven't already) and sign in with the EXACT same credentials.
When opening the app, DON'T simply click the big green PLAY button (no matter how tempting) rather choose a sign-in option below it.
