joemama53 I normally play on iPad using email, but I have to go to the portal on desktop if I want to buy pillars.

see if you can get onto the game using email on iPad, and if you access your same game with your current progress.

p.s. Make sure to log out of where you normally play, so you don't get the error message. Note that "email" is one of the two options offered at log-in on iPad.

To my knowledge, iOS mobile devices DO NOT have any browsers that support WebGL. So even if you did put the web browser page in Desktop Mode, it won't work. So you may need to download the app (if you haven't already) and sign in with the EXACT same credentials.
When opening the app, DON'T simply click the big green PLAY button (no matter how tempting) rather choose a sign-in option below it.

I always played in my phone, but its broken, then I star use the PC, and I see that we can add friends, but How did I get friends ??? My mom play too, but I can find her to add. Not even seaching. And neither can she add or find me. Any one know why ???
PS: Sorry about mine pour english, I'm Brazilian.

Have you & your friends tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game from Facebook?

You can only make friends via facebook.

As nobody else seems to be here I try tp be helpful, but I don’t do facebook and I don’t understand the following, but maybe it helps you. It's a copy from another user (pixel_player89624013)

If you are friends in facebook and both play then you need to sync the game through the facebook game app (not through pixel federation)

Search in facebook for the diggy's game page and play the game there and all your facebook friends that also play the game will automatically appear as neighbours.
You can then go back and play through the pixel federation page if you prefer.
However you will need to resync the game through facebook again if you add new friends.

Never had to actually sync through Facrbook. The most important thing is to make sure you & whatever game friends have the friend setting checked when the Facebook game is installed. Otherwise it will NOT matter where your game is synced whatsoever...

Just got to Greece, 100% completed through Atlantis. Wondering what the best event to buy to get Greece resources for the new camp cook items. I do have a bunch of green rings saved up from the postcard event for when the new materials map locations are available.

If you can hang on to your green rings until the Double Materials Week is available you will get maximum value from them.

Is there certain materials, items & ingredients you are particularly chasing in Greece?

Have you checked out the relevant Wiki pages in relation to the Older Segmented Stories that are available in the shop to purchase for 500 gems?

I'm not sure whether it is worthwhile you looking at the Older Unsegmented Stories that are available in the shop to purchase for 100 gems as well....as they might not have enough of the region specific materials, items & ingredients that you are seeking.

Thanks heaps for that information Roeland.....I don't use Facebook so unfortunately I wasn't aware of the situation....so I was just providing the usual basic information & links that is available in the forum 👍😊

Maybe this information should/could be made more clearly announced to all Facebook players somehow....so that other players are fully aware of this situation?

Game refuses to reinstall on computers. Players have had to reinstall it using the FB version in an Android browser.....
