Would be helpful to know whether you're in the PC or in the mobile app...
I had issues getting into the app (Android) until I updated a program on my phone: Android System WebView. Has to search Google Play to get the option to Update. I also updates Chrome for good measure.
If on an iOS device, try clearing the game cache via your device settings. Try a reinstall I'F you have registered your game on the Portal / know your Player ID#.
If playing via the browser (pixel federation.com or Facebook) they clearing the cookies & refreshing the game. Could also try a different browser.
