here is the list of the most frequent bugs and issues, which have appeared lately or still persist:
1.) Issues with ads
As the postcard special week started, we´ve been receiving reports about various issues with ads.
First of all, I will provide you with the newest information that I received from our Producer regarding the limit of the ads that can be watched on WebGL.
The fact is that those companies, which want to be presented to the audience through the ads, mostly require to publish their ads on a mobile platform, which means that there is only a very limited amount of ads, which can be offered on desktop (WebGL). The ad provider agreed to offer the ads on our own games (SeaPort, etc.) when the ad provider has no ad to offer. However, there is a certain limit for these "additional" ads on the side of the ad provider, which we cannot influence (this is the rule of the ad provider). For this reason, a player may often receive the error "there is no ad to offer in your region".
At the same time, the ad provider set the limit to the WebGL ads to 50 ads per day, while the limit for the mobile app is 100 ads per day. This is the decision of the ad provider and we cannot increase the limit.
We could decrease the limit of the ads on the mobile app so that the limit would be the same for both platforms, but I personally think that this wouldn't be a good solution, as this would only penalize the mobile players and wouldn't help the desktop players at all.
For this reason, until the ad provider company changes its internal policy, the limit for WebGL ads is 50 ads per day and the limit for the mobile app is 100 ads per day. I am really sorry for this, but there's nothing else we can do on our side in this regard.
Even though we´re not able to influence the ads issues directly, should you experience issues with the ads, please contact our support so we can forward the matter to the ad provider.
2.) Special Offer for the Postcard week not showing up
When the Postcard special week started, we registered reports that players didn´t have the possibility to purchase the Special Pack offer.
Fortunately, the issue was resolved promptly and all players should be able to see the pack offer now.

3.) Spring Postcards 3 - incorrectly shown achievement
We´ve received a report from a player that completed the first level of the Spring Messenger 3 achievement, that in the game, the pop-up message informed the player that he completed the 8th level of the achievement.
Please note that this is a rather unique issue and it´s only a graphical one.
We can confirm that all rewards for the achievement are being added correctly.
