Have you tried completely shutting down your game & restarting it?....fully closing down....not just swiping down?
Have you tried clearing your cache, cookies, history, etc?
Do you have your player ID number & game progress registered with either your email address or Facebook account?....if yes then you could try uninstalling re-installing your game.
Try switching you device completely of....leave it off for at least a minute before opening your game again.
Are you running the most up-to-date apps, web browsers & operating systems?
If none of these suggestions work...I suggest that you contact Pixel support directly.
You can access Pixel support directly via your game settings menu.
Remember to check your email spam/junjk folder for replies.
Don't send multiple tickets in quick succession to Pixel support otherwise their spambot might eat them.
