What can we do with event passes that have not been used please?

Truly don't know what you mean by "event passes that have not been used." How would they not get used?

Event Passes are created so one has the option of collecting points and claiming the rewards as you go or at the end of the the Event. If rewards are earned but aren't claimed by the time the Event expires, the game claims them for you. This happens regardless of whether you buy the Premium Row or not.

If you're referring to the costumes obtained by buying the Premium Row, you're stuck with then in your Costume Inventory tab.

I have over 50 of them but the prizes are all locked so I can't use them

Did you buy an event pass and then did not play the event?

Could you maybe post a screenshot? I'm not sure where in your game you "have" 50 event passes. Or maybe you mean the costumes after all?

Edit: And do you play with the app or on pc?

You do not have over 50 event passes, so as advised above, a screenshot would help.
Perhaps you mean event materials?
Such as over 50 green bow ties or ace of spades or something similar perhaps?

What Event are you even referencing? What puzzles are locked? Are you checking your Quest tabs to make sure you're finishing them & speaking to the characters at the end of them in other to open a new quest / mine location?

No ome here on the Player Forum can see your game & while it seems to us that you're mistakenly using the wrong terms / names (No one has 50 Event Passes as that's not even a possibility,) we really don't know what you truly mean without further explanation or screenshot.

pixel_player245485991 this is the Event Pass section for St. Patrick's Day 2021.

There are 30 items. Mine are all unlocked and all taken/used because I played the event, bought the Premium and completed the levels needed to unlock all of them.

If you have played St Patrick's but did not buy the Premium, you would have locked items. And they won't unlock. If you didn't play the event, none of the items would be unlocked, I.e., not even the ones you get for free just by playing that event. Make sense?

Ohhh, maybe OP is referring to each level of the Event Pass...though still not 50...

pixel_player245485991 if you didn't start the St. Patrick's Day 2021 before last week's update, then I believe it's too late to do so & as was stated above, the prizes WILL remain locked & you won't be able to claim them. That Event Pass will disappear once the Event expires. A new Event Pass will take its place when the next new Event comes along.
