here is the list of the most frequent bugs and issues, which have appeared lately or still persist:
1.) Players unable to purchase the premium row of the event pass
Recently, we received reports that player´s are not able to purchase the premium row in the event pass of the St. Patrick´s Day special
This issue should occur only when playing via Facebook. Therefore, should you experience this inconvenience, please try to make the purchase by playing the game on our portal .
Furthermore, you can also try using another browser or incognito mode. Please spread the word and if you´re experiencing this issue, please contact our support.
2.) Greece - Poseidon - Players get stuck in Delivery Docks
We registered a report of a player getting stuck in Poseidon´s location Delivery dock.
This is a rather rare issue, however, should this occur in your game as well, please contact our support 🙂
3.) Error message pops up when using the kitchen
Earlier this week, players reported that they´re getting an error message when using the kitchen.
The issue was, that graphically, it was possible to cook recipes, even though there weren´t enough ingredients available.
Fortunately, the issue was already fixed. Also, please note that no ingredients or meals were deduced and after the game reloads, all materials in your inventory are as supposed to.
