Hi guys is there a loading issue going on? It doesn't load beyond 30% then says no internet. Obviously I have internet 🤣🤣.
Been playing long time. First time issue. Thx

See if any of the following helps:

If you use wifi, restarting your modem.
If you use mobile, turning off airplane mode and on again.
If you use PC, try a different browser or incognito mode to see if it loads there.
Try a different internet connection if available.
Try a different device if you have (or if you only have a mobile, playing in the desktop mode from the mobile browser).

If none help and the issue still remains, you may have to contact support: http://help.diggysadventure.com/newticket

I remember when I had that, it was on my old mobile with very limited storage.

Diggy needs a lot of space with time so maybe you check your storage on your mobile? If it’s close to full that might be a problem.

With my new devices - much more storage - that did not happen again

Edit: That’s memory not storage it seems. No native speaker, sorry.

pixel_player8561710 if you have been playing awhile, you may be surprised to see how much memory Diggy needs for data. Mine is at 1.07 GB. I don't quite know what takes up all that room, but it is becoming a bit big.

Would be good to let others know the platform you're playing on to begin with. PC or App?

If App, have you tried clearing the game cache? Might also try reinstalling.

It’s normal with me. I read about something like you describe some time ago, but I can’t remember what the solution was. But the big helpers will answer you soon, I'm sure.

Did you shut down your device completely and tried again after that?

I read I should "tag" someone if I adress him/her directly. How do I do that here in this forum or where do I have to look to find how that works?

And this user then gets a notification?

Is it somewhere in between those cryptic symbols down under the writing box?

I know some symbols but made a fool of myself when trying and guessing some that where obviously not what I thought they were.

Is there an explanation somewhere?

What's the eye, what does the chain mean? And those </> where not useful to post a link so what is it for?

And why two pictures? I use the first one and this works.

If there is a "manual" please lead me there, I'm kind of old and kind of blind... 😩😉

To tag someone....just put an @ symbol before their name or number with no space....they don't even have to be part of that particular thread to tag them

Or if they are part of a particular thread....just hit the "reply" button to tag them

As for the other symbols at the bottom of the message box I only use the 1st from the left picture icon.

I have absolutely no idea what the eye 👁️ icon means...I never used it.

Same with the chain icon & </> icon.... I've never used them.

I just copy & paste other web links directly so I don't use the chain icons.

When you click on the </> icon is says "insert code"`.

The 2nd picture icon asks you for a https://

Happy-Haze Eye is the preview button, to see how your post looks like before you publish. Not usually used with plain text.

Next one is attach image.

Then, in the order,

Header (big font)
Bold
Italic
Quote (text in it appears in a quote box)
Code (why is this even needed on this forum - it's used for highlighting the code used by programmers)
Hyperlink
Again an image, never used this but I guess you put the url in place of the https 🤔 Need to try. Anyway, the 2nd button is the better version of this.
Non-numbered bullets (like this post uses)
Numbered bullets
Emoji
Tag (I have no idea this even existed lol, I always put a @ and type the name or use reply button to reply to someone)

The usual forum notification (the bell icon). People can enable email notifications for that as well from settings (disabled by default).

@MadameCurie, here's a tag if you want to see how that looks. One for you too, @44atDiggys

These are used when you are addressing someone directly. Not necessary with the ones you're directly replying to since the replied to your message notification is anyway sent.
