Marika. Also another thing that seems weird is my ad so far is ALWAYS for Seaport and you actually have to click on it to claim the prize (it opens Seaport in a new tab). Never a video type ad like you get on mobile. It doesn't sound like those kind of ads for you and Abhi?

That’s exactly how it is for me. Very easy, seaport for a second, then you can go on with a tap on it. Much quicker than the ads on mobile. I just don’t like the style of the web game not at all, I always have to search for things.

I've tried using both Chrome and Firefox and get the same thing sporadically I.e. ads sometimes work and sometimes they're not even offered. Checked all settings etc and it all seems fine so I guess it's just a glitch I'll have to live with.

Good point Abhi about seeing if ads are available but not using them - I've tended to think the other way, as in, if it works on one it will work on the next too! But you're right I may be using up my ad and making it less likely to get another one where it really counts.

I think whatever the darn ad issue is may be caused by different problems on different platforms. Like on iOS for example, once ads stop working they will never work again until you kill the game and restart. So that's where that strategy arose - e.g. if I can't get lucky cards to work I better kill the game before clearing anything!

I can't see playing on PC much anyway after this weekend (as you said Madame - it's super hard to navigate when you're used to mobile.)

One more question about the PC ads though - when it's a Seaport ad do you not actually have to click on it? At the top it says something like "complete the following to earn your reward." Then when you click on it and it opens a new tab, the wording changes to "you can now claim your reward."
Do I not even need to do that step?

I ask because I've noticed sometimes when I didn't get a 2x option I had forgotten to close the Seaport tab from a previous time. I'm not saying that's the only cause, but if I don't even have to open the tab then that's simpler - I can't forget to close it afterwards!

Have you tried changing your internet source?...if you normally play through wi-fi....have you tried playing through mobile data instead to see if that changes anything?

Also have you tried completely shutting down your router?

Do you have the ability to change your router settings/firewall?

Are you running a firewall on your mobile device &/or your PC?....could there be settings in there you could change?

Also are you running any virus, malware, adware, ransomware, etc type of protection programs/apps on your mobile device &/or PC?..... could there be any settings in there you could change?

From my personal experiences I believe it could be a bandwidth, buffering &/or latency issue....why I say this is because...I recently bought a new phone..... I've been waiting for nearly a year for this phone to come on special.

If I'm on a phone call at the same time of trying to claim an ad based reward....the ad screen will come up but the ad will not run....so I just have to either leave the ad screen there until I finish my phone call or I have cancel the ad which means that I will not get the reward & I will not have another chance to claim that reward.

I have had the ad screen just sitting there on my phone for at least 30mins while I'm on the phone call then as soon as I hang up the ad will automatically start up....if the ad doesn't automatically start click on the ad screen & it starts running then.

The only game I have installed is Diggys Adventure....I have only used 5% of my 512GB storage space.
